The lifetime guarantee covers faulty workmanship only and does not cover general wear and tear.



We are more than happy to give you a full refund on your online purchase for up to 30 days after delivery or collection. However, in order to be able to accept the refund, there are a few terms we expect to have been met (see below).

If returning any jewellery, please ensure that items are returned as sent; they will need all specific packaging and all documents included with the item. Tags must be attached and must not have been removed. Jewellery must be unworn and cannot be modified in anyway. This will not affect your normal statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given if all jewellery is returned in original packaging with all documents and ticketing still in place on jewellery, if ticketing has been tampered with or jewellery looks like it has been worn the refund will be rejected.

What if I am ordering a ring or item of jewellery?

We at Premier Diamonds thank you for your custom; we also understand that not everything can always go to plan when ordering an item of jewellery, If you want to return an unwanted item of jewellery for a refund, some exceptions apply. Please read these important notes below regarding returns:

If returning any jewellery, please ensure that items are returned as sent; they will need all specific packaging, tags and all documents. Jewellery must be unworn and cannot be modified in any way. Premier Diamonds must have proof that the ring or item is unworn (e.g. the tag has been untouched and is in the same condition as was sent). Please do not remove tag until you are completely satisfied! This will not affect your normal statutory rights.

Premier Diamonds are more than happy to accept returns for unworn Ladies and/or Gents’ jewellery. If you order the wrong ring size we are willing to resize the ring free of charge up to 30 days after purchase. Please note that Premier Diamonds will not be held responsible for any damage caused to an item of jewellery whilst the jewellery is out of store, any damaged or misuse of jewellery after collection is the jewellery holders responsibility and Premier Diamonds cannot be held responsible for any items outside of our workplace.

Exclusions apply:

Full Eternity Rings - Full eternity rings are made to size and therefore made specifically for customers so are not refundable and cannot be returned.

Any items that specifically personalised for a customer e.g. Engraving - items that are engraved cannot be returned as that item is personalised and cannot be resold. Bespoke items also count as personalised rings as they are made specifically for a specific customer.


If you are buying or ordering an item as a gift then the same terms apply from “REFUNDS & RETURNS Information”. However if the person you are buying the gift for is unhappy with the selection, you can exchange it within 30 days.

Please note you cannot exchange if any of the following apply to your item:

  • Your item has had an Engraving.
  • The item has been personalised in anyway.
  • The item has been worn.
  • Any damage or misuse has come to the item.
  • You have lost any or all paperwork linked with the item.
  • The tag has been removed or damaged.
  • It has been 30 days or over since you collected or received the ring/ item.


Before you can return an item we need to give you a RETURNS AUTHORISATION CODE. To get this code, please email contact@premierdiamonds.co.uk with your order number and reason why you want to return your item.

In the email we send there will also be an explanation on how to return your item to us. Please note that we do not cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care. Refunds that are given please allow 5 - 10 working days for the money to be credited back to your account.


Standard Items

For standard items please let us know as soon as possible if you no longer require the item, a full refund will be given when purchased online - please allow 5 - 10 working days.

Bespoke or Customised items

Please call us on 0121 212 9330 if you wish to cancel a personalised item e.g. an engraving, bespoke, full ET’s item etc. Please advise as soon as possible so we can stop the manufacturing process.

Please note - your full or partial refund will depend on how far the jewellery has progressed.


Our timescale for a delivery of a standard or bespoke item is between 2-3 weeks, however in busy periods this can take a little bit longer (up to 4 weeks) please take this into consideration if ordering jewellery for a special occasion. If you require your jewellery for a specific date please advise of this when ordering and we will put your order as a priority and do our best for delivery or collection for this date. All orders will be dispatched via royal mail special delivery to the address given on the order form and guaranteed next day before 1pm (you must have someone in to sign for your parcel), the parcel will be completely insured and is completely secure.
