“Amazing service! I needed something special for my wife's birthday and after being recommended to Matthew, called to ask him to make a bespoke diamond ring. All he needed was ring size and a picture. Less than three weeks later and on the evening before her birthday the ring was ready. I was very nervous as not done this before however, it was perfect. It was much better than I expected, beautiful ring, incredible craftsmanship, very impressed. My wife loves it and we even had a few tears!”

“I wanted something special for our Ruby wedding anniversary and had in mind a drop-shaped ruby pendant. The team at Premier came up with several alternatives, based on my initial idea, and produced computer aided designs in colour, which were helpful in deciding on the final shape, metals and layout. They also brought in a number of different sized and coloured rubies to choose from. The end result was a unique and very lovely piece of jewellery, which my wife was delighted with!”

“We bought my engagement ring over 20 years ago from here. Sadly I lost a stone in it but I contacted them and had a replacement stone put in. I have received my rings back and had my eternity and wedding band (also bought from Premier Diamond) polished, so I am pleased to have them back and look like the day we bought them.
