Why are your prices so low?

Our prices are competitive and we aim to save our customer as much money as we can, in saying this because we manufacture all of our own jewellery we don’t have to pay certain expenses those who import would, this also benefits the customer as we do not have as long a turnaround period for our jewellery – meaning we can meet tighter deadlines.

Would you work around my budget?

Yes, we aim work with whatever budget we’re given (big or small). We will source the best possible stones and create your custom designs, all within your given budget.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer up to 12 months interest free finance on all our jewellery online and in store. For more information on finance please feel free to call our store.

What should I do if I’m not sure on my ring size?

We will happily send you a finger gauge to specifically check your finger size. This also falls in line with our “Sample Service” where you can pick up to three (x3) of our silver samples to see what style and design you prefer. This allows you to view a replica of your chosen ring in the comfort of your home.

How long would my order take?

We generally say 2-3 weeks, but can do certain jobs faster if we have to meet deadlines or the job is under urgent.

Do I need an appointment to view jewellery?

You do not need an appointment to view our stock or range of jewellery, however if you would like us to get some stones in for you to view, we would need a couple of days notice.

Will my diamond ring get scratched?

All precious metals will eventually scratch. In saying this we offer free cleaning and polishing for the lifetime of the ring, we suggest getting your jewellery in to us for a security check and to clean the ring every 12-18 months.

How long have you been manufacturing jewellery?

As a company we have been manufacturing our own jewellery since 1980.

What cover do I have on my ring?

At Premier Diamonds we look after a ring for its lifetime with free cleaning and polishing. We also offer free sizing (T&C’s apply). On top of maintenance we also offer a free valuation of your item for insurance purposes.

How am I sure you offer legitimate advice and services?

We are a registered member of the NAJ (National Association of Jewellers) meaning we must give you the correct advice and use the correct materials when making an item of jewellery. This way you know you are only getting the top advice and services.

Do you post out jewellery?

Yes, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send out our jewellery. Our post is guaranteed next day and fully insured for your jewellery’s protection.
